Project Management

Pritchard & Company Construction Project Management Services

In addition to our estate agency services Pritchard & Company can also provide expertise in managing all aspects of residential building projects. If you are considering the purchase of a property in need of renovation, extension, conversion or purchasing a plot to develop, our consultant project manager Tim Williams can offer a highly personal service tailored to meet your specific requirements.

About Tim Williams

Tim has been working in the building industry for over 35 years principally managing his own building company and specialises in overseeing alterations, renovations and maintenance of Listed and period residential properties. Projects varied from minor repairs to contracts in excess of £1,000,000, spanning the North Cotswolds, South Warwickshire and South Worcestershire, and involved the use of artisan trades and the finest materials.

Benefits of a Construction Project Manager:

  • to plan and supervise your construction/building project from start to finish, making the process easier and more enjoyable for the client while still allowing them control
  • to organise and oversee construction procedures
  • to ensure the project is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • to ensure the project does not exceed budget

On appointment Tim will operate as the client’s representative, not as part of the consultants team (architect, structural engineer, interior designer, landscape architect etc). He will have authority to issue instructions and review progress (representing the client) while still allowing the consultants team direct access to the client.
