According to Rightmove, a significant number of people living in the biggest UK cities are now planning a move to the countryside. Recent statistics show a rise of 126% in city dwellers looking at homes in villages, compared to the same period last year. Buyers from Birmingham show an increase of 186% and Londoners are showing an increase of 144%.
